Doesn’t seem like the legal battle between Brymo and his former record label, Chocolate City would be coming to an end anytime soon as the case is far from over. The case has however been adjourned till January 14, 2013 as the case was suspended because the presiding judge Justice Bubba was unexplainably absent.
We were also able to gather also that neither Brymo nor his counsel was also available at the hearing.
Choc City’s counsel, C.O. Madubuko from L and A Legal Consultants was however present.
This will be the second time that the case will be adjourned after an earlier November 11, 2013 adjournment.
